Do you use subcontractors on your contracts?
No. Every engineer deployed on a 1M&E contract is directly employed by us. We do not use agency labour or sub-contractors. This is fundamental to our operating model and what allows us to guarantee the quality and accountability of our service delivery.
We operate nationally across the UK from eight regional hubs: Manchester, London, Birmingham, Leeds, Bristol, Newcastle, Glasgow, and Cardiff. This allows us to guarantee our 2-hour emergency response time across the vast majority of mainland UK postcodes.
Our average emergency response time is 2 hours, and our 24/7 emergency helpdesk operates 365 days a year. We guarantee a maximum 4-hour response on all our reactive maintenance contracts, with a target of 2 hours for Priority 1 incidents.
Yes. We hold registration on Crown Commercial Service (CCS) frameworks and are registered on Constructionline Gold and CHAS Elite. We are experienced in working through NHS Shared Business Services and local authority procurement processes, and can provide full PQQ documentation on request.
Yes — and this is one of our core differentiators. We hold full mechanical and electrical capability in-house, under one management structure, delivered by our directly employed engineers. This eliminates the coordination risk that comes from managing separate M and E contractors, and provides a single point of accountability for all building services.
All compliance certification is issued digitally within 24 hours of testing completion and stored securely in your dedicated client portal. You have 24/7 access to your full compliance history, upcoming due dates, and all job reports — making CQC, HSE, or insurance audits straightforward.
